Who we are
getmiagenda is a trade name of rMode Software, LLC, a United States company (“getmiagenda”, “we”). These terms govern the use of getmiagenda.com and its subdomains (the “service”).
The service
getmiagenda lets professionals and businesses (“hosts”) publish a booking page so their clients (“invitees”) can schedule meetings. The service connects to Google Calendar and can collect payments through Stripe.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
- You’re responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you give access to.
Plans and payments
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
- Prices shown in Mexico include IVA. Prices in the US don’t include local taxes.

Charging your invitees
When you charge for a booking, you’re the seller. The payment goes directly to your Stripe account, and you’re responsible for your prices, refunds, invoices and taxes toward your invitees.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service for illegal activity, to send spam, to impersonate others or to try to access data that isn’t yours.
Data processing agreement
For your invitees’ personal data, you’re the controller and getmiagenda acts as processor: we process it only to provide the service to you and according to your instructions. The list of subprocessors is at Subprocessors.

Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
