Controller
rMode Software, LLC, operating under the trade name getmiagenda. Privacy contact: privacidad@getmiagenda.com. If you’re in Mexico, also see our Mexico privacy notice.
Two different roles
- Hosts (people with an account): we’re the controller of their account data.
- Invitees (people who book a meeting): the data they give when booking belongs to the host, who is the controller. We process it on the host’s behalf, as processor.
What data we process
- Account: name, email, language, time zone and, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile.
- Calendar: with your permission, the busy times in your Google Calendar so only free times are offered, and the events we create for each meeting.
- Bookings: the invitee’s name, email and answers, and the meeting details.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. We don’t store card numbers.
- Technical use: security and error logs, without form contents.
Google data
getmiagenda’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use that data only to show your availability and create meetings in your calendar; we don’t sell it, use it for advertising or transfer it except to provide the service.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies, to keep you signed in and protect forms. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there’s no cookie banner.
How long we keep data
- Account data, for as long as the account exists.
- Invitee data is anonymized automatically 24 months after the meeting, or sooner if the host sets it.
Your rights
- Hosts can download their data and delete their account from settings.
- Hosts can delete the data of an invitee who asks.
- Invitees can ask the host for their data or its deletion, or write to privacidad@getmiagenda.com and we’ll pass the request on.
Who else processes data
We use providers to host and run the service. The list is at Subprocessors. Data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the us-east-1 region (Virginia, US).
